Tire pressure light was still on and the required maintenance light was not reset. Overall very disappointed. Makes me even wonder if the tire rotation was even completed. The tire pressure in the tires was only 28.

Kay loftis was amazing. I was running 15 minutes late for my appointment but they got me in and the multi pio t inspection took alittle lighter ger than I was expecting but they worked with me and got me the vehicle back when requested and texted me the inspection estimate. They where very thorough and saved me guessing on what to prioritize mantiance wise. I am going tocdocthe mantiance items myself but knowing which items needed the most attention helped me alot thanks evans!

For some reason my appointment was scheduled when everybody was at lunch. I got there to check in and there was no one there to check me in. I waited for 15 minutes. Another customer was very upset because you had had his car for hours and did no work on it. The whole experience was very chaotic and made me concerned that the work wouldn't be done properly
