Waited 2 hours for simple tire rotation. Look out at the parking lot and my van is just sitting there. Who knows when the work was actually done. Wasted my afternoon waiting…

The service itself was fine but I can get that anywhere. What has always made Evans stand out was the waiting room. How long has that pop machine been down? A long time. My son used to like to get popcorn. No food there other than overpriced vending machine food. It’s not that we just want to have free stuff, it’s the little things that make a business special. Feels like it has really gone down hill there

I brought the car in for oil change and to see why my driver side window would not go up when down. It happened once, we got it up and I never even tried to put it down again.
All windows were up when I came.
I declined the repair which couldn’t be done today anyway and when I went out to the car, the window (which had been up when I arrived) was down. I did not even try the window, I immediately went back in and the gentleman at the desk got it fixed, he and John were great, but whoever thought it was a good idea to expect me to drive the car home in worse shape than it was when I brought it in…
I don’t want to cost anyone a job but I think they need to consider some things before they just say “done” and walk away. They had no idea how far I might have had to drive with the window open and rain was expected.
