But other than that everything was amazing. I Love your wating area, It's like a comfortable hotel lobby atmosphere.

My local auto shop ran diagnostics and explained the codes/problems(ECM processor and O2 sensor) to me within a matter of minutes, and didn’t charge a cent. They referred me to a Toyota dealer due to that combination of problems. My husband, who brought the car to you, waited about 90 minutes for far less attention and a big diagnostic bill. I would have expected that even if you did not see the ECM error, you would have investigated that complaint as noted on the check-in report. I have less peace of mind today than I did when the check engine light first came on.
