Came in for a leak on the rear main seal, quoted thousands of dollars, good thing I have a third party warranty that cover the cost. But still pay $350 deductable . After 3days pick up my car, came home with a much more leak its dripping oil on the transfer case. Came back the following day 11am, waited until 5 pm for my car to be checked. I explain that transfer case was dry and not leaking when I came in, manager or supervisor of the advisors told me I am responsible for my car and not them. So then I told him i just need shuttle I am going home, He said you can wait at the lobby they will come, and only to find out that shuttle is only untill 5pm. And Ive waited untill 5:30pm. David one of the advisor was good. Went to the other Toyota service center insted.
