Always a good experience when I bring the Highlander in for service. Facility is always clean and comfortable to wait for service to be completed. Great staff always helpful with answering questions. Keep up the great work and thanks again for an excellent service experience.

Kudos to David from Evans Toyota for a job well done! He handled the warranty service successfully and kept me updated throughout the process. Although the wait took a bit longer, his communication was great and much appreciated. I did notice scratches on both the front and rear right-side rocker panel covers, which look like they may have happened while the vehicle was on the lift. Overall though, great service experience and thanks again to David for the excellent assistance.
