How in the year 2025 does someone have to wait for replacement parts for 90+ days? The customer service rendered to me was subpar at best until John Geiger was appt to my case a coupe weeks ago. John was a vast improvement from what I was given prior!! Prior to John, my phone calls/voicemails were not answered, forcing me to drive 1 hour to personally get my updates on my vehicle. I love the Toyota products, but this visit was a nightmare!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent visit. I was scheduled for a simple oil change, yet ended up waiting over 3 hours, which is unacceptable for such a routine service.
This kind of delay reflects poorly on the organization and significantly impacts customer trust and loyalty.
That said, I want to acknowledge that Kay was excellent-very professional. She did her best dispute the situation.
Overall, your service department seriously needs to improve efficiency and communication. I hope this feedback leads to better management and scheduling practices in the future.
