I have been bringing my Lexus RX350 to Lexus of Valencia for service for almost 14 years now. I am always impressed with the level of attention and care. But yesterday, Jesse went above and beyond to help me with the timing of my service. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for his kindness, and for the hard work of everyone involved!

The service department was great Jack was a pleasure to work with also when I pulled in I was immediately approached and taken care of I waited in the waiting area for my car. I have never been so disappointed with the Lexus brand the waiting area was what I might expect at a Honda dealer there were couches with low backs and 2 very uncomfortable chairs. A big screen tv that was like a Lexus screen saver no news or sports. I used to get donuts and coffee I got cold popcorn very disappointed
