Jake read what I needed my car even before I explained about my car issues, he had contacted diligently to the warranty company for me. It was amazing experiences that I never had from other dealership (especially, from BMW:( ), I am thankful for him very much. Jake is a huge asset to Lexus for sure. -Young-

Jake did a wonderful job.
I was initially planning on getting various mechanical components fixed at a local mechanic. Jake assured me that getting components fixed at Lexus of Valencia would be a far better decision. He even looked at my VIN and saw that multiple components were covered by my warranty.
Jake went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. It's because of Jake that I ended up going with Lexus of Valencia, as there were other Lexus dealers that were closer to my home (such as Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Lexus of Woodland Hills).
Because of Jake, I made the longer drive to Lexus of Valencia, and not only got various mechanical issues fixed, but also opted for additional services (such as an alignment, engine coolant flush and brake fluid flush), which I'd previously only do at a local mechanic.
Jake is the reason why I will be making Lexus of Valencia my go-to service/mechanical shop for my Lexus vehicle.

I have a long story to share. Recently, I got new brakes for my 2016 Lexus RC 200 and initially went to a small, less expensive place to save some money. Unfortunately, the job was done poorly, and it ended up costing me more in the end. Thankfully, I have a trusting relationship with Jesse, whom I always turn to for oil changes because I don’t feel comfortable letting just anyone handle my Lexus. I should have trusted that same judgment when it came to my brakes. Long story short, the brakes installed earlier weren’t good, and I had to bring the car back. Jesse kindly fit me in immediately, and within three hours, my car had new brakes and rotors installed. That level of care and service is hard to find elsewhere. I’m unsure how much longer I’ll keep my Lexus, but if I decide to get a new vehicle, it will most likely be another Lexus. I truly appreciate Jesse and the team at Lexus Valencia for their excellent support and kindness during this time.
