Edward did well but the service took too long for someone waiting at the location. Had I known how long it would take I would have gone home and come back later.

The waiting time for a basic service with no extras has become ridiculous! It used to be 2-2.5 hours. It is now close to 4 hours.
It makes it very hard when you drive in from out of town and have to wait.
Not enough technicians? Taking in too many cars at once??
