Jesse was nice but my visit was a waste of time. I came in because I hear screeching sound in my front wheels when driving. My car was dropped off in the morning at 9:45am and I got a text at 4:45p that my car was ready for pickup. Jesse told me that the tech checked my car and didn’t find anything. I drove off and heard the sound instantly. Spent all day, without the car and your service department failed miserably. The sound is loud and clear when driven slowly.
