I very much appreciated his positive attitude and his willingness to “ please the customer”. if this was a five star rating, System, I would give him five stars. Jhordanth was amazing he was very helpful. He had told me at first there was going to be a long wait. I was hesitant at first because I had my kids with me and wasn't anticipating such a long wait time but I did go through the oil change. He tell me he would try and see what he can do to expedite the oil change. He follow up with his word. It was about twelve minutes when he called me and told me the car was done.
