After my 10K servicing, I drove back to Rosamond (Antelope Valley, 50+ miles one-way) and discovered that the technician put the wrong oil in my vehicle. According to the service receipt given, they put 0W-20 instead of 0W-16. The vehicle had only 1,550 miles and I drove it back home like that! If a dealership cannot put the correct oil in their own vehicles, then who can you trust? I am so upset of what they have done to my $80K vehicle that I have entrusted to this dealership. To make matters worse, it still has not been resolved! This unfortunate event has crushed my confidence with this dealership! A very bad experience!
