Jake helped me understand some of the vehicles's functions. I was amazed at his willingness and knowledge . He's patient and respectful. I hope I get him next time my car gets serviced.

Only suggestion is with the washing of the vehicle, I wish my car was washed with a little more detail. My car was wet when I got it but for example it was not vacuumed not we're the windows touched. Not a big deal but I feel if that effort is applied, people remember.

The new program of the loaner car with Midways rental company I didn’t like at we were there over an hour waiting for the worker to come from across the street. The worker from was rude and complaining of being there. I didn’t appreciate the service I got from him. I don’t understand why Lexus changed the old system it was easier and better for the loyal customers of Lexus.
