Waited 15 minutes past my appointment before anyone came to greet me. I had to wave to the service attendants there to get someone’s attention.
My car needed 40k miles maintenance and was given a timeframe of 3 hours or less.
The car wasn’t done until 5 hours later. I had to inquire about the status before I was given an update. The service advisor came to tell me at that point that I needed front brakes and they had time to do the job but it would be 2-3 hours of a wait.
I wonder why I hadn’t been contacted earlier for this update. Why didn’t I get a call or text during the time I was waiting?
I expected better communication from the Lexus service department.
I spent over $1000.00 that day but drove away feeling disappointed.
