I wasn’t satisfied with my service. I dropped off my car at 8 am to be serviced and called multiple times to find out the status of my vehicle. Didn’t find out until 2:56 pm that there were parts needed to be replaced. Authorized the transaction and did not get my car till close to 6pm. I checked my bank statement and I was charged twice. Once for the 30k mileage maintenance with applied discount , totaling $667.86 and then charged again for the same service plus the diagnostic for replacing break pads and resurfacing rotors, totaling $1,007.83.

The people are amazing and more than helpful. My only complaint was the wait time. Did take a lot longer than expected and longer than I’ve ever waited. The service consultant was awesome though and did keep me updated therefore no complaints on that end. Service time does need to improve though.
