The service experience overall was great. The writer was professional and the maintenance experience was timely and accurate. I was a bit disappointed with the waiting area and the cleanliness of the bathroom for customers. I understand this is a temporary location and this will improve once construction is complete. The lady making the popcorn and cookies made the experience much better as she was attentive and polite. I will return to this location for my next service.

Bryan has always taken care of my ES350. This time my appointment was removed from his calendar, it would probably throw anyone a curve ball. Not Bryan. He worked it out, and got my ES350 back to me that same day. I can see why he has been there for 19 years.
