He was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made sure I got to and from Lexus while my car was being repaired. The service rep was nice and explained everything. I just she a problem with the shop foreman who said yah it’s writhing legal normal range for the weak brake system. It’s just not solving the issue. That way to reply is admitting it’s not normal but saying hey I legally don’t have to have a solution for you customer! Ok thanks for nothing according to your foreman Lexus makes very bad vehicles on especially this generation of GX 460. Got it
