I am very happy with the service adviser, Brian. He is knowledgeable and efficient.
My biggest issue with the experience is that this dealer does not offer a loaner car. Other Lexus dealers either offer a loaner car or pick up and deliver your car for service. This dealer offers a Lyft ride. That lowers the quality of the Lexus name.
