Bryan was professional, friendly, and helpful. Due to renovation on the Lexus dealer building, I had to wait for my car in a building across the street from the Lexus Dealer. The staff in the waiting building was friendly and had provided the customers in waiting with coffee, bottle water, cookies, and popcorn. This dealer has always made me feel like a value customer even during construction time with the remodeling of the Lexus building. The service being done on my Lexus ES350 was completed very close to the estimated completion time. I am very satisfied with the service provided at this Lexus dealer.
