I believe Neil and Jason worked to the best of their ability. However it appears the limit of their technical ability was reached as they were not able to provide a clear explanation as to how an aftermarket remote start system installed in the vehicle would cause a engine crank but no start condition.(I found code P1604 Startability Malfunction logged). I agreed to remove the aftermarket system per their recommendation but more could have been done to prove why it was needed to be removed.
