James did a good job explaining the necessary repairs and very accommodating in working to secure a ride home for me, when it was determined that the repairs would require me to leave the vehicle at the dealership.
Kudos as well to Will, the courtesy driver, for a comfortable ride and pleasant conversation on the way.
