Was told 2 years ago that I needed new tires by Discount Tires. I had gone in to have them rotated there, a service they provide free if tires are purchased there. They would not rotate my tires since they were so bad. Shortly after that I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Toyota. No mention was made of a need to replace tires at that time. Today I again changed oil and had those “bad” tires rotated at Toyota. I was told today that next oil change I should consider new tires. See why I trust Toyota! I even was told my tread depth!

Lack of communication as I drove in. What actual service was going to be completed or not. Another advisor helped me after I waited. And this was after I also called Saturday for an advisor to call me - who never did - and then booked an appt online because no one called me.
