I had the cooling system drained and changed. Why do you only fill the coolant in the reservoir to the LOW level? It looks as though I’m almost to quart low.

The 2024 things went well on the service preformed. I did not know my child’s car seat was in the way. I would have removed it. It was disconnected and set sideways. I only found this out when I needed to put my son in it. It was about 10 mins to safety rehook it up. Just looking for a heads up Sir we had to move the child car seat. Thanks

I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and checked in at 9:11 a.m., and received the vehicle inspection text at 11:10 a.m. and the text of the post work update at 11:14, which was 3 minutes after I drove out of the dealership. I had asked for an update on my REV 4 and someone found it for me. I also told them when I checked in that I wanted the cabin air filter changed because of the Canadian smoke. It was listed on the inspection report as necessary, but was not replaced. I didn't see that report until I checked the vehicle out. This was very unusual service. Usually the service and communication has been very good over the many years we have owned Toyotas.
