The service was good. The advisory told me what I need to know. What I dont get it is that the last time I came there, the service advisory told me that your car wash was not working duento winter time and that is the reason why I did not get my car washed when I was there. Its been several months later and I got the same answer, car wash is still down. My question is has your car wash station been down the whole year or the advisory just making execuses so that he can move on? What ever the reason, I find it not believable, especially you are a brand name car dealership and your car wash machine is down every time I brough my car over for service and the advisory keep telling me he can wash my car for me but then at the end, my car was not washed. Thus, I was a very dispointed because every time I came there, the car wash station always down.
