On a call when scheduling services I was given a lower price for one item, lower rates what made me go to this dealership. The lower price should have been honored instead of charging the higher prices. I was told that a manager would listen to that recorded call, afterwards I should have received a call acknowledging that it was a mistake. I really don’t care about being charged the higher price but it just bothered me and it the principal. I was told the work would take 3 hours but it up taking almost double the time. Overall, satisfied with the service but there are some training opportunities.
