I was unhappy with the 2 1/2 hours it took to rotate my tires and do a brake fluid flush. The communication was very unsatisfactory as to why this took so long or what the problem may have been. Actually I was offered no conversation about my vehicle after the initial check in. I finally had to check in with the desk and they told me Nick had left and given the paperwork to another person to deal with. It all seemed very unorganized and surprisingly unprofessional. I arrived on time, the service dept did not look busy at all (compared to previous visits) and several other customers came and went during my wait time. I am going to investigate options for future maintenance of my Toyota.
