Service was not done when when I was told it would be. Needed to utilize the shuttle service to go to a doctor appointment, but when I called to request a return shuttle the message was never delivered to the shuttle driver which left me waiting for over an hour assuming there was a shuttle coming. I had to call back multiiple times to get in contact with someone willing to help get me a return shuttle. A simple oil change service and basic inspection took 4.5 hours to complete.

Rylen the tech listened to my converns and valued what I said to him, I understand that the master technician had to stay late to finish my oil diagnostic and thank him for that. I received all my service through Toyota, and was happy to see you guys honor your work which saved me in the long run due to malfunctioning oil plug. And future requests for the oil diagnostic would be covered, and to make sure the car is in better condition after the visit to come back for more work. Makes wanting to service at Carlson worth it that you guys stand behind your work and are honest dealer making things right.

I worried how I was going to pay for it and upfront was told you have no loaner vehicle or rental ones.
On the report they gave me said nothing of fixing the heated seats. Thinking I may need the info for the dealership in Florida if I have another
Problem
For 3 Days no one answered my phone calls checking on where we were.
Learned later my guy was in the hospital! Does anyone fill in for him if ill!

I scheduled an appointment for a recall for the bolts in the very rear part of the van. I was told it would be less than an hour. It was 1.45 minutes long. When I received my keys from the service team, they said my vehicle was out front. It was not. I spent 5 minutes roaming the parking lot until I found my parked vehicle in the back of the parking lot. When I entered the van, the paper floor mat was still on the floor along with the plastic over the seat. The # tag was still hanging from the mirror and the rear seats that were worked on were still laying down. That is not how I left them. Disappointing that the vehicle was presented this way. I will go to another Toyota as there are a few near me.
