Brandon was great.Only thing I don't agree with is Toyota had a defective part that is a problem and did not cover it. One strike.

I thought I was due for complete brake job. I knew my tires were in bad shape but was putting it off for after the brakes. Scott determined brakes were fine for now but my tires were in bad shape/needed replacing immediately which I did.
