Nice environment and people. When I got my oil change I had to set up a service appointment. When I showed up to that appointment they forgot to order the parts and tires. Luckily the guy helping me made it work but I ended up having to pay 50 more dollars for tires than I had originally picked

I stood in line in front of one of the service desk and kept to being told it will be just a minute, but I stood there for more than probably seven minutes, patiently. There was a line of vehicles waiting to get into the Service garage. I was not met by anyone out there so I’d come into the building and then I saw Service members starting to move vehicles so went back out because they were looking for my key. I received the initial check in text but got no further information after that so after about an hour and 45 minutes, spoke with my service tech as to what was happening with my vehicle and was told Jason was on it now I never got a full service report. My vehicle was brought outdoors and I still had to wait another 15-20 minutes for” paperwork.”
This just was not the service I was used to
