First of all I was given an initial price for the cost of oil change, when they called me to pay I got extra charged $6 dollars more for the used of tools?? (I was told by the cashier) I could not believe it, no matter the reason why, the price should be same as indicates in the initial cost. Second of all customer service has declined their friendship and being cordial, and third my car didn't even got a car wash!!!! Paying all this money not even a complimentary car wash?!! I have been a loyal customer and Carlson Toyota lost a customer. I have decided that after this experience never coming back.

I had you replace my brakes. I've brought it in twice now after the replacement because the brakes stop holding. They adjusted them and told me it was fixed the first time (held for a week or so) . The second time I pointed out that merely doing the same thing again wasn't going to fix it. They did the same thing and assured me it was fixed - even had master mechanic Chris look. I just want my brakes to work, a brake replacement shouldn't make the car go from totally fine brake wise never needing adjustment to having to adjust them every 2 weeks.
