I was told my car would be washed, it was not washed. My last oil change the maintenance light light was left on, now five months later with this oil change it was left on again. After I paid for my oil change I went to my car to look at my invoice. I was charged $8,687.26 for an oil change!!!!
She keyed in the invoice number instead of my oil change price.
Had to go back in twice, to correct my charge and a second time to turn off my maintenance light. Also spent $15.00 extra on my way home to wash my car at a gas station.

I was told my tire pressure was checked and every tire was filled to 35 psi. Well I have a TPM system on my car and as soon as I started it, the low pressure sensor came on for the rear right tire. I took a picture of it, but don’t know if I can attach it anywhere here. The bigger problem is if you’re telling me you filled my tires and really didn’t what else are you not doing that I don’t know about? Not a good experience and I won’t be back.

Ben was excellent. Very communicative and helpful throughout the process. This isn't a Ben issue, but I was disappointed having to leave my vehicle for the entire holiday weekend due to mechanics not being on site during my appointment. I'm just happy things are fixed, but I would've appreciated a credit or something on my Uber charges to and from the dealership.
