I am not very satisfied with the long wait for an oil change with an appointment. It appears that appointments are stacked to much. I was talking to a customer and she had an appointment at 8:30 am and by 9:20 she was still waiting. She shared with me her frustration. This should be addressed as it lowers customer confidence.

Customer since I bought my Tacoma new. You should have notified customers that an appointment is now needed for a oil change. Had to come back.
