I’m not blaming Joshua. However, this is the second time that when I start my car to leave the radio is on and it’s tuned to a station I don’t listen to. I expressed my concerns the first time this happened. Apparently nothing has changed. If your technicians can’t respect my privacy then how can I trust Carlson Toyota to service my vehicle? I will be taking my car to Maplewood Toyota for future servicing.

My car is missing a piece from the roof rack. I asked to get a price on replacement which never happened. Also, it took 90 minutes for the 5,000 mile service (tire rotation and multi point inspection). Why does it take 90 minutes?

The only thing I wish I would have asked for was a car wash. Got to my car and it was still dirty. So I’m not sure if that is something you could ask the customer if they would like one when I check in. I totally forgot to ask.
