They got my car scheduled and in seamlessly, the only issue has been, we needed to talk with a real person and that is impossible unless you physically go to the dealership and do it. At best we would get transferred to one or two people, but they never answered and did not return out message. Twice, this happened, two different warranty issues.

Craig was really friendly and easy to talk to. I was a bit caught off guard by the price at the end - it was much higher than I expected. I was expecting to pay $500-600 and it ended up costing over $1000. I now understand that spark plugs take a lot of labor hours and are expensive, I just wish I was givens better estimate up front.
