My only complaint would be that I waited
an extremely long time for the completion of my vehicle, and when I left two more trouble lights came on, so I had to return, and get that taken care of.

I’m not blaming Joshua. However, this is the second time that when I start my car to leave the radio is on and it’s tuned to a station I don’t listen to. I expressed my concerns the first time this happened. Apparently nothing has changed. If your technicians can’t respect my privacy then how can I trust Carlson Toyota to service my vehicle? I will be taking my car to Maplewood Toyota for future servicing.

My car is missing a piece from the roof rack. I asked to get a price on replacement which never happened. Also, it took 90 minutes for the 5,000 mile service (tire rotation and multi point inspection). Why does it take 90 minutes?
