I was charged for a tire rotation that wasn’t done because I ended up having 4 new tires put on my vehicle that day. Needs to be better communication between the several people that were involved with my appointment that day and closer attention to detail of my charges. Had to return to the dealership and and get credited for the charge, which was an inconvenience.

I asked them to take the skid plate down under the gas tank so the rocks could be removed which had been there from when we bought it from Luther. Said no problem. Never was done. What do expect when its not written down. Have the same issue with young people at my work. Dont want to right anything down likes its some kind of big hassle. If they become to much of a hassle we fire them.
