good afternoon Carlson Toyota has always been amazing. I’ve been with this dealership for over 25 years. The only thing that I noticed is they forgot to put my mileage sticker on my window but otherwise they all did a great job. I think it’s rob that sits closest to the greeting counter, who was my specialist! I always give Carlson Toyota a five star rating.

My keys were given to another customer when I came to pick up my vehicle. I was adamant not to leave unless someone could look and provide clarity as to where and why both my keys and paperwork was missing. Fortunately the I was able to have the sales manager call the service tech back to the shop and investigate. I waited nearly an hour at the shop then left to get my second set of keys which I was called back to be informed that my keys were in the hands of another customer who brought my keys back to the dealership. This ordeal to my 2 1/3 hours after a long day of work before I could get back home around 8:30pm. I’m not sure how this happens as my name is unique so handing the paperwork and keys to someone shouldn’t have happened.

There was another person male who talked to me when I picked my car up or when it was ready, he also was very nice and informative. The lady at the counter was also great. They got me in right away as my car broke down at the car wash down the road. Keep up being genuine to the customers it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Ben knew instantly the problem with my key FOB over the phone and talked me through battery replacement. Then wisely instructed me to save all pieces of the one that didn’t work.
