I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with my service yesterday. I had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. On the multi point inspection they found I needed a new engine and cabin filter. They called me and left a message to call them back and also sent me a text message. I responded right back to the text message and stated I wanted to have that done. Didn’t hear back. I called back about 1 and talked to the service department and will was busy. The person I was talking to was suppose to check with will to make sure the filters were changed out since my car had been there since 830. Still no word. I called back at 4 and talked to the service department again, she couldn’t tell me if my car was done. She told me she would have will call me which he never did. I just showed up about 430 and it was sitting in the lot. The only thing done was the oil change and tire rotation. I am very frustrated that the filters were not changed out. It is not convenient for me to get my car in for an appt since I work more than full time and now I need to get it back for the filters. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. I didn’t stay to have the filters put in because my car had been there all day and I had enough. Thanks.

I have had Scott a few times and he continues to offer superior customer service, as does the entire group. I’m always greeted at the door and communicated with respect. When I sit in the lobby and wait I see that every customer is given that level of care by every staff member. I know I can get a cheaper oil change somewhere else but I choose to go to Carlson time and again because the service, quality, and reliability is second to none!

I had approved the replacement of a cabin air filter and was surprised to see a labor charge knowing that it had already been removed for the routine warranty inspection.

The price for the service on site was different than the price on line, which is frustrating. That part needs to be fixed. I was also irritated that an attempt to be upsold into a higher priced package for service was pushed. I knew what I needed done and had indicated that with the services I chose when I made the appointment.
