No communication. Waited 8.5 hours before hearing status of vehicle. Over $1500 in repair charges and problem still persists. Trained toyota mechanics cannot seem to figure out problem. Cannot continue pouring money into repairs without any sense the problem will be solved. Toyota needs to make this right!!!!!

They checked the engine air filter and said it did not need replacement yet. When I checked under the hood this morning the filter cover is loose and they did not replace the cover screws. The screws are not there.

Power steering reservoir was very low. Tech confirmed my Drivability issue. Problem not resolved, Tech has no idea where the fluid is leaking. I was told to monitor. The PS fluid has to be leaking out of the system some place, right?
