Scott could have been more communicative throughout the process. I didn't get an explanation about why my initial time estimate of 3-4 hours changed to 9 hours. I didn't get any breakdown of the pricing, it was all rushed through. I had to literally jog to try to keep up with Scott as he was walking. I was told that I couldn't get an itemized receipt at the time of payment because of a computer problem and it would be sent in the mail. After close to 2 weeks without receiving a receipt I called and left a voicemail for Scott but he never returned my call or explained when I could expect my receipt. Eventually I called and was able to talk to another employee who was able to resolve the issue immediately. If I return to Carlson I would absolutely not work with Scott again.

It took an extra day that I wasn’t warned could be a possibility. It’s difficult when you are dealing with young kids and need your cars seats. If I would have been told it would take two days I would have taken the car seats out. I also told two people I need them to not roll the windows down, put a note in the car and someone still rolled the windows down. I got an alert on my phone through the app on two separate times where the windows were down. We had the coating put on the windows that Toyota sold us. You’d like to think they’d follow their own recommendations….
