I would have liked to see how the hatch lift was fixed for when it happens again. No update on recall. Scheduled a new appointment in one week to look at phone charge cradle not charging through a MagSafe cover and overheating and damaging phone when cover is removed.
Obviously Toyota design and specifications for this was extremely poorly done and an obvious failure on a great brand (Toyota) and an exceptional car (Prius Prime).

Completely dissatisfied. Came in for an oil change and inspection on my wife’s car before our road trip. There was a message saying my stop/start system needed to be looked at. I asked if you could just tell me what the code said. I was told you didn’t have time, I would need to schedule another appointment and there would be another fee. My wife took the car up to Oriellys and in 5 minutes she was able to hook up there computer and determine there wasn’t anything wrong for free. You guys couldn’t take 5 minutes? Horrible service. My mechanic would have never said no, make me reschedule and charge me just to tell me what is wrong. My wife likes to take it to a dealer but she’ll never bring it back to you now.
