The washer fluid reservoir cap was not closed after toping off. The seat plastic cover and floor mat cover was not removed. The oil change sticker that was put om my windshield does not belong to my car. My car's millage is around 129000 miles and the sticker they put on my windshield reads something around 60000 miles. While non of the above are such big deals,much more and perfection is expected from a Toyota dealership. I will come back though. Thank you.

The inspection sheet indicated that the cabin air filter was in the yellow when I changed the filter the morning of the service. I also changed the engine air filter the day before the service. That was checked in the green. When I spoke with Jeremy about this he said they never put those two items in the green. When I informed him the engine filter was in the green, he said that was a mistake. His explanation doesn’t make sense. I think they never checked the filters which makes me suspect of the whole inspection.
