My recent visit was exceedingly unsatisfactory. I was kept waiting for two hours and thirty minutes only to be informed subsequently that they were unable to provide a technician to address the recall. The individual I dealt with was discourteous and uncooperative, stating that there was nothing she could do to remedy the situation.

The service itself was fine, and I appreciate the ability to approve additional services via text. That said, it was over an hour for my vehicle to he ready which seems excessive for an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation, especially when I had an appointment.

There is a disconnect between your ‘express’ people and your service people on the other side. Clearly you are saving money.
I always ask the service rep to recommend additional timely service per mileage but the express people don’t know and don’t admit they don’t know. So, I realized I missed a critical 100,000 mile transmission service 35,000 miles ago.
I’m going to skip your express people or find another Toyota service center whom I hope I can find I can find trustworthy.

I had my Grand Highlander in for its first service.The appointment went well with service advisor.Things not well I asked about the front side airbag. Was told which I knew already Toyota doesn’t have a fix for it. What I’m disappointed about there should be an advisory till a fix is in place do not drive your vehicle with the drivers window down the side curtain will not work. That’s on Toyota not Carson I’m aware of this. The second part not pleased about when I made the appointment on the phone I’m hearing noise when making turns from a stop. I said did done research many people are reporting this and it’s the CV axel.I also brought up the same concern when dropping the SUV off. I got a call from advisor saying it’s ready to go.I asked what about the Cv axel issue? I will check on it for you and get your answer when you pick it up. Was told the technician found nothing. It looks good. The technician wrote on the service request. Technician found that the sunglasses were moving in the Upper hand compartment. There Is no need for any additional work with concern. I had both front windows down that not only I heard but my wife sitting next to me hear day same thing.I should not have to research this online. What I did find A Toyota technician did research and found and I quote grand highlander early in the build in production cycle all have noisy front axels,and I quote you cannot see anything with just a vehicle inspection. I’m asking please look into this with Toyota and get back to me.Thanks

Very fast which in this case concerns me. They washed everyones car except mine, when asked to redo it, was told, "it was probabky dine but it isnt the best and ypu probabky camt tell". No. Wasmt washed and wasnt wet, when tech was asked by that person he said, "we were really busy".... so makes me question what else they rushed through and didnt do!! Also, my front lisence plate was bent when i got my vehicle back and the weather stripping on the drivers door was loose, i have no idea how but i look at that every time i get in and ive never had to push it back in there... felt like ny vehicle was not cared for while in there hands at all! Im also a perfectionist so these things really bother me. ????

I arrived without an appointment as I merely needed a replacement battery and the service department was required versus the parts department as an adjustment based on a prorate was allowed. Even though very busy on that morning, Nick remained calm and attentive to my concerns and made a generous prorated offer and I was on my way within an hour. Both Nick and Scott have the right temperament and professionalism in dealing with the customers of Carlson Toyota in today’s hectic environment.
