Your dealership claimed to have filled the washer reservoir bottle but did not. I ended up filling the bottle up myself after returning home and noticed the discrepancy after I checked all of the vehicle’s fluids and looking over the maintenance that was performed today. It took a 1/4 out of my washer fluid container to fill it up.

The maintenance team is always great. However, I don’t like the Highlander xle as it doesn’t work well with the Bluetooth technology. When I shared with the sales team they told me to communicate with Toyota Motors.

Brake fluid was over filled beyond maximum line . There is space for it to expand when needed . It’s an error and not sure why it was noticed by tech after completing that work. I found this issue after I came back home . Not a good feeling to see after
