Well managed procedures for service are smoothly run. Wait time was over before I knew it. All were polite.

Brandon was very pleasant and helpful.
He took us for a ride to show the headliner was not making a rattling/ rubbing noise after they changed it.
However the sound is back and as bad as before or worse.
I feel it is a Toyota flaw.
I am debating about bringing it back in…

Everyone was great and very helpful, from the first person I talked to to the last. I spoke with at least 7 employees and they were all wonderful and helpful. My only complaint is a wish you would have washed my car. I know it seems trivial, but every deal shop I’ve been to washes your car if you get any work done.

I was told about 3 hours till done...I dropped off at scheduled appointment time of 9:30 am. I told check in person I needed to go to work and would be back around 1pm to pick up. I called first and they said need a little more time. Message received at 2pm ish car is done. I was late to work and I work in the health care field so a coworker had to stay an extra 30 minutes to cover me after her 12 hour shift. That is so not cool.
