I bought this car with 3 miles on it. I have performed all of my own maintenance before bringing it to your service dept. Being a mechanic myself that works on customers cars day in day out....details are everything. I'm very unhappy with how my car was returned to me. To be blunt and make a short to the point list...
My door panel was full of oil from someone not cleaning there hands
My splash shield was installed incorrectly to the point it was shoved above the subframe and kinked. Multiple push pin clips that hold the splash shield were replaced with clips that were literally doing nothing to hold up the shield. After noticing this I jacked my car up to inspect it. Here to find trans fluid dripping from the transmission drain plug, the cooler lines, and the subframe itself. Honestly...it's unacceptable. I would love a call from someone.

Unfortunately, no one asked about cracks or chips in the glass, and no one thought to check before running my vehicle through the car wash, causing an unproblematic crack to become problematically large. I’ve had service done with Toyota a number of times and never had any issues but this has been a huge deterrent to any thoughts of returning.
I spoke with Adam Zimmesman and felt that he did not represent the customer service of Toyota well, I neither felt heard or valued as a customer when I brought my grievance to him.
A simple routine oil change appointment has led to needing a new windshield which to me is unacceptable. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
