Drove into garage and no one came go my car. Went inside by some computers with some guys sitting. Didn't even acknowledge me. Finally went up to one of them and they told me to wait by my car. Waited a bit before someone came to my car. Not the best service in my mind

I made an appointment for one thing and realized driving to the appointment I had a second issue. Scott was willing to diagnose both problems. I was really pleased that he determined what both problems were. Scott asked to keep my vehicle overnight so they could get the part to fix one problem right away in the morning. The second problem Scott resolved by getting the current climate control unit working. I need to see if the problem happens again. I appreciated that Scott gave me the estimate in case I do need to replace the climate control unit. Scott is very knowledgeable and I trust what he tells me. He gives me a high level of confidence in what he is telling me needs to be done. Thank you to Scott for helping me with my older vehicle!

Brandon in service has great communication and customer service skills. Explain what had to be done and fixed on our Highlander's recall. He also gave us a time frame on needed repairs. Repairs was completed and we were notified by Brandon in said time.
