Neil Delaney has excellent customer service skills and knowledge. Neil was very willing to look into a question I had. Next time I come in for service on my car, I hope Neil is the customer care representative that I get.

I made an appointment for one thing and realized driving to the appointment I had a second issue. Scott was willing to diagnose both problems. I was really pleased that he determined what both problems were. Scott asked to keep my vehicle overnight so they could get the part to fix one problem right away in the morning. The second problem Scott resolved by getting the current climate control unit working. I need to see if the problem happens again. I appreciated that Scott gave me the estimate in case I do need to replace the climate control unit. Scott is very knowledgeable and I trust what he tells me. He gives me a high level of confidence in what he is telling me needs to be done. Thank you to Scott for helping me with my older vehicle!
