My advisor today was Matthew. He was wonderful, answered all of my numerous questions about my vehicle and when I need new tires. He even discussed tires and what would be best for me since I drive a lot of miles. Such a wonderful experience today and I will definitely be back to get my 4 new tires. Thank you again Matthew it was worth coming all the way from Hayward to get my Honda serviced.

The service representative was generally unpleasant. He didn’t give me a copy of my multi point inspection until I asked for it. He handed me my receipt with no explanation of any of the work completed on my car. I was not satisfied with the customer service.i am not interested in a phone call discussing the experience.
