I’d like to know why, when I thought I’d purchased an extended service warranty (and maybe I didn’t!), my service is over when my car is only 2 years old!?!?! This seems ridiculous and will keep me from purchasing another Honda or recommending it to others.

When I set the oil change service appt, the quote was $80, which is about $10 less than what I was charged. Lastly, the Service Center assesses a 3% fee for credit card payments and only accepts cash or cashier's check. This critical information was not communicated to me in advance if dropping off the vehicle. This Honda dealership/service center has lost my trust and confidence.
