The maintenance took way longer than I was told to expect and I had to take a Lyft to get to a job interview and a social engagement and pick up the car the next day. Tommy made it up to me by reducing the bill but I still would have preferred to avoid the stress. Also, they forgot to reset the tire pressure gauge so the alert went off within 5 minutes of driving it.
