On August 18th, I brought my Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. After I received the car back, I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. I had to notify the service advisor and he brought the car back to the technician who finally did rotate the tires. Also, I did not receive back the special lug used to remove the security lugs on the wheels. It was only after I inquired that it was returned to me. This is disappointing and not something I would expect from Honda. I may not be returning to this dealer for service.

A simple oil change takes 3 hrs is a terrible customer service. I have never seen such a bad customer service for an oil change before.
The worse part is there is no point scheduling or booking an appointment beforehand because they take 3 hrs for an oil change.
Oil change shouldn’t take more than 30mins in my opinion.
