Tommy was excellent. He fit servicing our car in same-day and was clear + communicative. He even went out of his way to quickly help us with our second Honda when we picked up the first car. Really appreciated Tommy’s help, he was great!

We’re a busy family of 5, wouldn’t expect anyone to know that. However, it is apparent that our car is not particularly clean. Mostly, ftom sitting in our driveway. My only disappointment is that our car was not washed. Or “hey we noticed your car could use a wash” if you needed to ask. It would have been a nice gesture. We purchased the maintenance package, not cheap even so happy to do it. I didn’t expect a full detail by any means but I image your facility would be able to accommodate a wash quickly and without too much interruption. This advice will go a long way to ensuring you get more 5 star reviews. In the military, we called it “attention to detail.”
